Terms & CONDITIONS

These terms and conditions are incorporated into all bookings (whether made online, by phone or any other method) and all agreements for the provision of Services by Eliza Delacourt.

DEFINITIONS

“Stylist” means Eliza Delacourt;

“Services” means personal styling, wardrobe editing, personal shopping and any other services provided to you by Eliza Delacourt;

“Client” means any person who contracts with Eliza Delacourt for the provision of Services.

PAYMENTS & CANCELLATIONS

Payment for appointments and gift vouchers must be made upon purchase/booking. Payments are to secure Services and are non-refundable. If an appointment is cancelled, it must be done with at least 48 hours notice or payment will be forfeited. If no less than 48 hours notice is given, a full refund can be issued (minus a processing fee of £45). Gift vouchers are non-refundable and may only be exchanged for Services. No cash refund or rebate will be made for appointments shortened at Client’s request.

RESCHedules & POSTPONEMENTS

If Client wishes to reschedule or postpone an appointment, Client must give Stylist no less than 48 hours notice before the appointment is due to start. Failure to do so may result in the appointment being cancelled and payment being forfeited. If Client & Stylist can agree on an alternative future date, any payment will be transferred to the rescheduled appointment but cannot be refunded. If Client requests rescheduling with a notice of less than 48 hours, an administration fee of £45 will be applied.

GIFT VOUCHERS

Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue. Gift vouchers are non-refundable and may only be exchanged for Services. If no date is specified on the voucher the holder must make an appointment. If Client wishes to reschedule or postpone an appointment they must inform Stylist no less than 48 hours before the appointment is due to start.

RELATIONSHIP WITH STORES

Stylist does not act as an agent for any of the stores to which Stylist may introduce Client or accompany Client for shopping. Contracts for the purchase of goods are between Client and the relevant store. Terms and conditions of sale and requirements regarding price, returns, defects and all other issues will be such as the store may impose or as Client may agree with the store. Stylist has no liability for the quality, condition or performance of any goods which Client may purchase during, or as a result of, the provision of Services by Stylist.

LOcation

Stylist is mainly placed for Services within Greater London. Client can, of course, choose their preferred location (as long as sufficient advance notice is given so Stylist may coordinate schedule and travel time accordingly). If Client is located outside of London or the UK, travel costs outside of London will apply. Stylist frequently also works in Paris, New York & Los Angeles. Please contact Stylist if you wish to coordinate booking Services outside the UK with Stylist’s itinerary. For styling at Client’s house, Stylist allows a maximum travel time of 1 hour within Greater London. Anything more than this is subject to additional transport rates.

Stylist will never share Client details with any third parties. Client accepts that Stylist may occasionally contact Client via email. Client can unsubscribe at any time.
